I’ve lived in California for over 26 years and fourteen of those years have been here in Santa Clarita. My husband and I moved here from Hollywood after our two sons were born. We wanted to give our children the best possible education available and the safest environment to grow up in. We found that here in Santa Clarita.
I had never thought of a career in real estate until I purchased my first home and then I was hooked! During my fifteen years in real estate I have been fortunate enough to be awarded the Multi Million Dollar Elite Club Award in 2015 and 2014, Top Listing Agent In 2014, Agent of The Year In 2013 and Multi Million Dollar Agent in 2012 and 2011 and so on!

I’m grateful for the awards and accolades but the comments, feelings and reviews from my clients are the most important and rewarding thing to me. My clients often become my lifelong friends and their satisfaction and happiness are what’s most important. I’ve been fortunate to work with my past clients on multiple occasions and their children too but I haven’t quite made it to their grandchildren…yet!

I am constantly and I mean every week educating and updating my real estate knowledge. Whether it’s weekly contract classes, taking my continuing education classes and tests, webinars or meetings, I am always keeping myself up to date on all things real estate. I don’t know how any real estate agent or at least a good real estate agent cannot be constantly educating themselves in this kind of business. The contracts and laws change so often and you have to stay on top of it or…well… I don’t even want to think of all of the things that could possibly happen! Whether I’m educating myself on contracts or new and improved marketing ideas for my clients my goal is always the same, to improve and be the best person I can possibly be.
Unlike most real estate agents I handle all my client’s paperwork myself. I don’t believe in giving my clients “file” to anyone such as a transaction coordinator, buyer’s agent or selling agent. I believe that no one can or will take care of my clients like I will. I have to be hands on and know where we are in the process every step of the way. I will never be the agent that does a hundred deals a year and nor do I want to be. I like to have relationships with my clients and to have that many deals would be more like a conveyor belt of files and that simply is not my goal. I have found 45 transactions a year is good for me. I’m not stressed, I’m able to personally handle everything that is involved with the transaction and best of all I am able to give 100% to my clients. Yes, I’m… well let’s just say, I’m detail oriented. I simply care about my clients and want to make sure nothing is missed. I am 100% hands on!
