Crown Villas Or Diamond Head? Such Choices!

The highly sought after, gated community of the Crown Villas condos are one of my favorites! The large breakfast bars, gas fireplaces and separate dining rooms are just a few of the special touches the Crown Villas offer. The views of the mountains and homes below are just awe inspiring and something to take in and cherish. The beautiful peach colored condos at Diamond Head are also one of the most popular communities in Stevenson Ranch. Excellent location, pristine landscaping and playgrounds scattered throughout the community make it easy to understand the demand. With one of the lowest association dues of approximately 250 a month it gives you yet another reason to fall in love with the Diamond Head condos. Not too far away is the Palisades community. Here you have at your disposal large, private patios, basketball court, three swimming pools and two playgrounds for the younger ones. The dues are roughly 350 a month. Stevenson Ranch also offers the Bellagio condos. The bamboo wood floors, Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, and plantation shutters are just some of the many upgrades you’ll find. You can’t go wrong when choosing a Stevenson Ranch condos.

Important Questions To Ask When Purchasing A Condo

Location? Neighbors Above Or Below? HOA dues?

The number one question any homebuyer should ask is location. Why is this such an important question? Once you’ve purchased your home you can’t change the location.  It’s not like changing the paint color on a wall or putting in new carpet. Once you move in that’s it so make sure it’s the right choice for you by asking yourself some important questions such as,Is this home in the right school district for your children? Knowing the school boundaries before you start looking is a must! They will apply not only to elementary schools but middle and high school as well. Another good question is, How far will your commute be from here? By choosing this home are you closer or further away from work? Is it worth the extra time it may take you? Also take into account if there are power lines close to the condo? Some homeowners believe they’re not good for your health let alone an eye sore to avoid. Although the jury is still out on the health threat they may be responsible for it’s unanimous when you ask if they bring down the value of your home. A very important question to think about is if your neighbors are quiet. I know you’re only at the condo for a limited time when choosing whether or not to make an offer but try going back at different times of the day and evening. When everyone is home from work the community really changes and it is so important to check out. Another way to find out about your neighbor is to take a look at their patio or their front door and see if it’s been kept up and cleaned or are there papers stacked high and dead plants on the patio. Lasty and this may sound a bit odd but make sure you find out where you are in relation to the dumpsters? Of course you want it to be convenient but you also don’t want to see it or smell it! That one’s pretty self explanatory! Some food for thought when it comes to choosing the right condo!
